General Terms of Purchase and Delivery for Businesses (B2B) agreed between Nodivein and the ordering party. Nodivein Nordic Group Oy commits to ensuring to the best of its ability that the information posted on this site is correct and up-to-date. Nodivein Nordic Group Oy reserves the right to correct the site’s content at any time and without warning. However, Nodivein Nordic Group cannot guarantee the correctness precision, thoroughness or completeness of the information available on this site. 

 

Nodivein Nordic Group Oy declines responsibility for any site interruption, bugs, errors or omissions contained in the information available on the site, all damage resulting from third party’s fraudulent intrusion which causes modifications to the information contained on the site, direct or indirect damage, whatever its cause or causes, nature, origins or consequences.

 

These terms and conditions are part of all contracts concluded between the user and the ordering party regarding supplier or deliverables. Older terms and conditions are hereby invalid. All contracts must be in writing (also supplements and changes).

 

Products

Colors of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on the Website, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee

that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product.

 

Placing orders

Products can be ordered by email. All orders are confirmed with a message sent by email to the address customers give at contact form. We process and ship out orders on working days. Customer service is closed on weekends and Finland’s national holidays.

 

Cancelling the order

Nodivein Nordic Group Oy keeps the right to suspend or cancel incoming orders if any necessary details/data are incorrect or incomplete. After the placing an order it can be cancel at customer service by sending an email within 24 hours upon receipt of order confirmation message. 

 

The return of the delivered defect-free products is only possible if the producer agrees to the return before returning the products. The agreement with the return is always on the condition that the goods are in their original packaging, free of damage and merchantable. For goods returned from orders made free of error, the ordering party shall pay the user a processing fee of 20% of the sales price. Delivered defect-free objects returned without the user's agreement and objects that are not packed in their original packaging, damaged or in a non-merchantable condition will be paid by the ordering party.

 

§ WARRANTY

All the products are handmade and made for love. We demand high quality from ourselves. Even so products delivered by the Nodivein Nordic Group Oy shall be checked by the ordering party thoroughly and without delay for defects with products or quantities. They are regarded as approved unless an ordering party has written claim to Nodivein Nordic Group Oy without delay or within ten days of delivery products.

 

Nodivein Nordic Group Oy provides a warranty service for all products. The warranty is valid for 12 months calculated from purchasing date. In retailer-customer relation, the retailers are responsible for approving all warranty claim from their customer based on the requirements for proper use. 

 

All warranty inquiries should be sent by email and include the following information: 

                                           Detailed description of the product issue

                                           Retailer’s data and address, date of purchasing

                                            End costumer’s data, address, date of purchasing

End customer’s receipt/bill/payment slip, it should include the date of report and signature

 

In attachment: 

Retailer’s invoice where the affected items are clearly marked

Pictures of defective items

 

The goods are insured against damage in transport at the user’s cost.

 

The risk passes to the ordering party with the handover of the delivery subject to the shipper, carrier and/or a person or company authorized with the transportation at the latest. In the case of a delay with the handover or dispatch due to circumstances, the cause of which is attributed to the ordering party, the risk passes to the ordering party on the day of dispatch readiness.

§ WARNING!

We are not responsible for misuse of the products. The Nodivein's products should not be placed too tight and they should not to do pain during use. No hanging on the products. Only can be used on own responsibility.  During common application products can be used with the partners permission. For external use only. Use and storage at room temperature. Keep away from children.

 

§ COPYRIGHT

The Contracting Party is entitled to use any images, text or videos (our materials) we provide during the business relationship, under the following conditions. This non-exclusive right of use shall apply only as long as the Contracting Party uses the materials provided to it exclusively for advertising our products on those of its websites that it has specified on the ordering form. 

 

Contracting Party is not able to use the materials for advertising our products on sales portals of third parties, e.g. Amazon, or to advertise our products on websites other than those designated on the contact form. Our consent is required for any other distribution, copying or use of materials. The Contracting Party is not permitted to process the Materials provided. 

 

We reserve the right to revoke the non-exclusive right of use at any time if the afore-mentioned conditions are not complied with.
